Plating Chemicals
Overview of Plating Chemicals
The plating process is the foundation of any plating shop or system. The actual art of applying the metal plating material to the surface starts after the surfaces have been treated by the metal prep, metal cleaning, and activation processes. The quality of the metal being coated is crucial, regardless of whether electroplating or electroless plating is used. Zinc, zinc alloy, copper, nickel, chrome, black nickel, composite electroless nickels, silver, and even chrome alternatives are among the many plating chemicals we offer. Each has distinct chemical characteristics and variances.
